By using OpenRadio (openradio.world), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

The service

OpenRadio is a free, open-source internet radio player. It lets you browse and listen to live radio stations sourced from Radio Garden's public directory. There is no signup, no paid tier, and no account system — see the Disclaimer for details on the third-party content and unofficial API this relies on.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use OpenRadio for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that infringes the rights of any station, broadcaster, or third party
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or abuse the app's infrastructure or its underlying proxy endpoints (e.g. scraping at volume, denial-of-service attempts, or automated abuse of the streaming proxy)
• Circumvent, reverse-engineer, or misrepresent the source of a station's content in a way that misleads listeners

Intellectual property

OpenRadio's own source code is licensed under the MIT License and available on GitHub. Station names, logos, favicons, and audio streamed through the app remain the property of their respective broadcasters and are not licensed to you by OpenRadio.

No warranty, no liability

OpenRadio is provided free of charge, "as is," with no guarantee of uptime, accuracy, or continued availability of any station or feature. To the fullest extent permitted by law, OpenRadio and its contributors are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app. See the Disclaimer for more detail.

Changes to the service or these terms

OpenRadio ships continuously — features may be added, changed, or removed at any time, and these terms may be updated to reflect that. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by general principles of applicable law in the jurisdiction where the project maintainer resides, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, to the extent permitted by that jurisdiction.
